How to Jailbreak Your iPhone 4 On iOS 5.1 Using RedSn0w – Mac OS X - In this tutorial I will show you how to Jailbreak your iPhone 4 iPhone OS 5.1. Before actual tutorial, keep in mind that is tethered jailbreak which means you must connect your iPhone with your Mac and re-run RedSn0w to start the iPhone 4 to full operation every time the iPhone loses power. I would also like to note that this jailbreak does not work on iPhone 4S and iBooks will not function properly until the iPhone Dev-Team to apply a patch that will fix the problem.

Step by Step How to Jailbreak Your iPhone 4 On iOS 5.1 Using RedSn0w – Mac OS X

Step 1: First, you must download RedSn0w 0.9.10b6 on your Mac

Step 2: Once the download is complete from 0.9.10b6 RedSn0w launcher and click the Jailbreak button in the center of the window

Step 3: When the following window, connect your iPhone 4 with the Mac via the USB cable and turn off your iPhone.

Step 9: To start your iPhone using redsn0w redsn0w lunch again and click the Options button and select additional start button only
